1. A device (1) for salvaging objects on the seabed, e.g. sunken ships, submarines or other shipwrecked objects.

Un appareil (1) permet de renflouer des objets gisant au fond de la mer, par exemple des navires ou sous-marins coulés ou d'autres objets à l'état d'épaves.

2. "Shipwrecked" means persons, whether military or civilian, who are in peril at sea or in other waters as a result of misfortune affecting them or the vessel or aircraft carrying them.

Le terme «naufragés» s’entend des personnes, militaires ou civiles, se trouvant dans une situation périlleuse en mer ou en d’autres eaux par suite de l’infortune qui les frappe ou qui frappe le navire ou l’aéronef les transportant.

3. a smooth slope can be seen and a stairway shape on the East side and more abrupt on the South and West sides (Jocelyne cliff) On the South-East flank at about 50′ deep there a moter boats shipwreck of 15′ long.

En direction Nord on y retrouve une pente douce, moyenne et par escalier du coté Est et plus abrupte du coté Sud et Ouest (Falaise Jocelyne). Sur le flanc Sud-Est à environ 50′ repose une carcasse d’un bateau moteur de 15′.

4. (3) The master shall send the information required by paragraphs (1)(a) to (c) to the Minister at the end of the voyage or when the master leaves the vessel, but in any event no later than when the registration of the vessel changes or the vessel is shipwrecked or abandoned.

(3) Le capitaine du bâtiment fait parvenir au ministre les inscriptions exigées par les alinéas (1)a) à c) à la fin du voyage ou au moment où il quitte le bâtiment, mais, dans tous les cas, au plus tard lorsque s'effectue un changement d'immatriculation du bâtiment ou que le bâtiment est naufragé ou abandonné.
